Shipping & Returns
We ship every day. It is really important for us that you received your orders as soon as possible. The Standard courier delivery time frame is approximately 1-3 working days from the time of placing your order. For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner.
We use USPS and UPS as shipping providers.
We offer worldwide shipping. If your destination is not listed, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Domestic shipping (in United States) $7.50. Rest of the world $25. Free shipping on orders over $100 (United States) with the code PMSHIP.
We do not take responsibility if the incorrect address is entered upon ordering.
If the order is returned to the sender, shipping charges will apply to resend the order.
To ensure the address is correct, please check the order confirmation email.
Unfortunately due to COVID 19, couriers are experiencing longer than usual shipping times. We will still be packing and getting your orders with couriers as fast as possible, however the delays with the couriers are out of our control. We really appreciate your patience during this time.
The shipping delay is approximately 15 working days.
Please note that import duty and VAT may apply for deliveries outside the US. As the recipient of our products, you are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is your responsibility and necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately we are unable to advise on the amount that this may be. Please find out in advance the import taxes applied by your country, for orders from the US.
If you don't want your parcel anymore and it is sent back to us, please note we apply $15.00 as a restock fee off your refund. Please note that these rates are subject to change in the case of a carrier change. We will not able to refund you if we did not receive your package 20 days after the delivery.
Waiting for your delivery
Every time you place an order, we send you an email notification with a tracking number.
If you have not received your package within 5 days, please inform us quickly by email email@example.com.
If you do not receive your order 10 days after this notification of sending with a follow-up number (for the US), and 20 days later (for Europe and International) please inform us immediately by email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will conduct a survey with the carrier company and file a claim.
After this time and without news from you, we will not be able to make a refund of your order. Thank you for your vigilance.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
- all items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
- all items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
- originals receipts would need to be included.
If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
All returns would need to be raised within 14 days after arrival. As all is in original condition and within the term of 14 days, you can send the item(s) back to the warehouse. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Email us at email@example.com with your name, order number, details of the item you are returning and reason for return. We will email you back with all the information for this return.
Package up your item carefully and securely and post back to us within 14 days of receipt. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We will send you an email when we receive your return and let you know that we have processed your refund. Please ensure the item you are returning is unworn and in a saleable condition with its original tags and packaging.
You will need to include your invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging. When we have received your return goods and if all is returned in good conditions, as described above, Palm and Milk will refund your purchase price of the return goods within 14 workdays. Refunds will not include the postage and packing costs, we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us. We don’t refund via coupons (except when you have paid with a coupon).
The shipping costs of returning an item(s) are for your own account. You are responsible for your own return parcels. Return parcels which are lost or damaged during transportation will not be compensated or refunded. You should claim these costs at the transporter.
No exchange or refund during sales, in the event that the purchase was made during the sales, and even if this sales period ends no return will be accepted.
Consequently, no balance item will be returned or exchanged. Non-returnable items: pacifiers (hygiene), gift cards.
2. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
3. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure we have another requested item in storage.
